2022 Bear Paw Festival Photography Contest
The Eagle River Camera Club, in cooperation with Jitters and Gutierrez Photography, is pleased to announce the winning photographs for the 2022 Bear Paw Festival.
This year’s exhibit includes photographs that were selected from over 230 entries by local photographers. Photographers entered under one of three classes: Adult, Teen or Youth. All the photos in this show were taken in Alaska after January 1, 2021. There were eight categories that they were able to enter in: Eagle River, People, Cultural, Scenic, Fauna, Flora, Creative, and Open. All youth entries were judged in a single Open category.
Festival Favorite
During the Bear Paw Festival we accept votes (online and in person at Jitters) for the Festival Favorite. This year voting closed on July 17 at 5:00pm. Allyson Brokaw’s “Looking Up The Peak” was voted the Festival Favorite.
